Carrot-Daikon Drink

Dissolves hard fat deposits deep within the body.

1/2 cup fresh grated carrot

1/2 cup fresh grated daikon
-
1 1/2 cups spring water
-
A couple Shoyu or Tamari soy sauce (or to taste)

Place carrot, daikon, and water in a saucepan.

Bring to boil, then lower the flame.
-
Simmer 3-4 minutes.

Add soy sauce.
-
Eat vegetables and the broth every day for 10 days in the morning on empty stomach. If needed, repeat in 2-3 months.

Body Scrub

Promotes clean, clear skin; helps discharge fat accumulated under the skin; opens the pores to promote smooth and regular elimination of excess fats and toxins.

Energizes in the morning; relaxes at night.

Improves all aspects of physical, emotional, and mental health.
Scrub your body 1-2 times daily, morning and evening, outside the shower and bath.

Dip a cotton hand towel into very hot water and wring it out well.
-
Fold the towel over to make 2-4 layers and scrub your entire body including face, hands and feet, each finger and toe.

Scrub in back and forth motion.

To do a thorough scrub takes 10-15 minutes.
Note:
Eventually your skin will turn pinkish red. If your skin doesn't get red in the beginning, it will more and more over time as your skin condition improves.
Ume-Sho-Kuzu

Strengthens intestines, kidneys, promotes good digestion, restores energy.

1 heaping teaspoon kuzu powder

1/2 to 1 umeboshi
-
Several drops soy sauce
-
1 cup spring water
-
2 Tbsp cold spring water
-
Dissolve the kuzu powder in 2 Tbsp of cold water.

Add this to a saucepan with the remainder of the spring water.

Add the crushed umeboshi.
-
Bring mixture to a boil; reduce the heat to a simmer.
-
Stir constantly until the liquid becomes transparent and thick.
-
Stir in soy sauce and simmer 1 more minute.
-
Drink immediately while hot.
Variation:
-
Add several drops of fresh ginger juice or a pinch of fresh grated ginger to warm the body and stimulate digestion and circulation.
